• We do not collect, store, or sell personal data.
• No analytics, ads, or trackers are active in this early phase.
• If this changes, we’ll update this policy and the in-app notice.

Information we do not collect

At this time, we do not collect:

• Personal identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone).
• Usage analytics or device identifiers.
• Location data.
• Payment information (no monetization yet).

Content you provide in the App

• If you choose features that share content (e.g., exporting, sending to friends, or posting on social), that sharing is performed by your device or chosen service and is outside of our control.

Permissions

The App may request device permissions such as:

• Camera/Photos: to take or import a photo to paint.

We use these strictly for the stated purpose, and nothing is stored by us.

Third-party services

We currently do not use third-party analytics, crash reporting, ad networks, or cloud storage. If we add services later (e.g., analytics, subscriptions, or cloud backup), we will update this policy to name those providers and describe what data they access.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we’ll address it promptly.

Data security

Because we don’t collect personal data or run user accounts, we don’t maintain user databases. We still recommend you protect your device with a passcode and keep your OS up to date.

Your rights

Since we don’t collect or store personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you contact us about privacy, we’ll respond and explain what we do (or do not) hold.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves (for example, if we introduce accounts, analytics, or monetization). We’ll post the new version and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted in-app where required.
